“I realized early in life that I wanted to help people manage their finances, avoid the stress of financial details, and focus on realizing their dreams.”

Before joining our team, Lacee Floyd spent the previous five years at William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and was involved in multiple honorary organizations, served on the executive board of a national business organization, and competed as a member of the school’s intercollegiate women’s golf team.

As a Colorado native, Lacee enjoys almost everything outdoors, including golf, wakeboarding, hiking, and snowboarding.

WHY I BECAME A WEALTH MANAGER

“Investing your money can feel scary and, at times, overwhelming. It has always been a passion of mine to help people realize that the dreams they never thought were financially possible may be within their reach. To know that you have helped people achieve their financial objectives that originally seemed unrealistic is both rewarding and satisfying.”

HOW I AM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEALTH MANAGERS

“In order to successfully plan for the future, it is important to have a personal and trusting relationship with clients. I may be different from some other financial advisors in that one of my first priorities is to help them develop confidence in investing as an important step toward comfortably taking on the exciting challenges and opportunities that await them.”

WHAT I MOST ENJOY ABOUT MY WORK

“One of the biggest causes of stress is money. I truly enjoy being able to relieve some of that stress for my clients by helping them set ambitious financial goals and make educated decisions about how to achieve them. Every goal is different, which makes this profession challenging and, at the same time, exciting. When someone is able to trust you with such a big part of their life, it makes finding the right solutions all the more worthwhile.”
